WRONG! A top issue with corporate IT is to ensure that the equipment they buy will have a lifetime of at least 2-3 years (so this doesn't interfere with business plans), and that is why most IT depts. are not and will not be interested in the low-end. Most IT planners said they will continue to spend at least the same amount for their average PC purchases, knowing that will get a lot more performance with the same amount of dollars.
