ManyMoose blushes and crawls under the table for such fine words. I'm trying to get our Neighborhood Observation Patrol (NOP) up and running again. We now have a Facebook page, and people are reporting questionable activity. Someone who lives within walking distance of my house reported an attempted break-in at 11:50 pm last night. I relayed this information to the Sheriff's Dispatcher, who called me back to confirm details.
