I wonder how many of the existing retail shareholders have thought of the following potential scenario. EE decides he doesn't want to wait any longer, for whatever reason, and tells Elmer to " put SC on the block and see what you can get for it". It's a risk that will soon either increase or decrease, depending on the 2016 JV plan contents.
