You can engage in hostility and name-calling all day, which doesn't harm me at all, but your misbehavior only serves to illustrate why 1 in 3 Black males born today can expect to go to prison in their lifetime. [1]
Imagine how much higher the number would be without affirmative action, the race card, and the constant benefit of the doubt given to Black criminals by police officers and the criminal justice system, not to mention the second, third, and fourth chances to act right, behave correctly and civilized, and obey they law. Despite all of that and the fact that the deck is stacked decidedly in favor of Blacks, a very high percentage still end up in prison. Moreover, many more go to jail, end up on probation, or end up dead at the hands of other Black criminals.
Yes, White society has its own problems and is far from perfect, but your community has very grave problems which disproportionately harm the nation. It's not racism, it's just the truth.
