The entire "inferred" debate is complete bull shit just as the "indicative pricing" topic is. By your measure "technically feasible" describing the Albany process flowsheet means it is not a process at all.

"Inferred" is a definable resource with limited inputs.

"indicative pricing" is an actual quoted price for Miller quality graphite.

"technically feasible process/flowsheet" is in fact a flowsheet that simply has no practical proofing done to validate it.

If one of them amounts to "0" as you define it, then all of them do.

In actual fact, the veracity of all three come acutely into play at the next level of progression for either project.

In all categories listed above, Miller has the easiest path to tightening the proofs because the work has been completed in all categories already.
