I'm not sure the reasons given there apply to CCB, as we have not seen the total release yet. They won't rely on legacy data, their assay database is presumably thorough enough with the trenching and drilling performed, and any conjecture on economic potential will be based on material information, such as their letter for pricing and a purity-related pricing guide. I think if ZEN could use an average price that included applications which the PEA did not indicate would be available, then the pricing letter should be more than enough for a PEA.
