your figures apply to a different region of the country. You specifically cited 70% in the BA region. That is the region I am bringing to question. My friend works for BA. He knows his company capabilities. Your figures are for GTE territory and areas outside of BA. I can't speak to that, only to what I was told for the BA region. Incidentally, my friend works with those who do loop qualifications, so I think he knows a thing or two about the subject.
