David M relied on the same information as we all did....a stellar pre-feasibility study and astoundingly low cost per pound of copper. He made a bet that those numbers would be backed up by a full feasibility and he bet wrong just like everyone else.

His resignation as director in Oct 2013 was the beginning of the end for the share price.....there was no other reason imo for him to resign from the board other than to remove himself from insider reporting laws and enable him to sell his stake. The SP at that time was around 60 cents and represented an opportunity for him to get his money out at break even or better over the following 6 months or so.

Something went terribly wrong here after the PFS and I think it caught him, Elmer and Ernesto by surprise. Ernesto was way too far in to get out and Elmer obviously couldn't for appearances sake. David M on the other hand survived to fight another day.
