GTE provides service in ALL the RBOC's regions. Granted they don't server the same customers, but they both provide service in the Northeast.

I don't know you or your friend. I'm asking for a report or a URL. Is it fair that I come out and say I have friends that work for Bell Atlantic Network services? Am I off base on my questions and needing URL's?

Maybe ~1,000,000 DLC lines deployed per year will help. Bell Atlantic indicated that in areas where ADSL is in demand, the DLC installations are increasing...

In the first several years of this deal, Bell Atlantic says that all DSL customers will be routing through Litespan systems; BA's deployment of Litespans is accelerating in areas where DSL deployment is concentrated initially. Litespans will be located remotely as well as in central offices. Bell Atlantic has a separate contract with DSC for the upgrade of outside plant copper plant to DLCs -- and this could be increased by this DSL action.
