Actually, the danger of cross-loans is to other Chaebols in Korea. For example, LG could have loaned money to Hyundai or Samsung. This would be bad. I don't think it is considered a cross-loan if the loan is intra-Chaebol. BTW, this weeks Barrons has a story on Ameritech and their aggressive cable plans. Sounded good to me. No mention of Zenith or Americast. Hopefully, the 2 million subscriber base mentioned is part of the Americast deal. Sincerely, Scott
