Still with all the technical blips over the past 18 months or so this could pop into the 30's on speculation of JV news, no? Or do you think because everyone is now hopping on this "trade", the pops will be less pronounced with more sellers every time it runs up?

=================================

I'm no expert, but my 2 cents is that there are a lot of people looking for a good exit point (I'm one of them).

I'm assuming there are many in the same situation as me, high ACB, getting very tired of the kicking the ball down the field endlessly. Add to that the long time between spikes now.

I know I had my trigger finger on the sell button as it was spiking - but as usual I was too greedy and waited too long. As soon as the spike showed any sign of losing steam it dropped fast as I assume people were trying to dump before it dropped back down. At least it seems to have a new base around 17-18 cents. I really hope to see another spike in the near term to finally be rid of these shares.

The EA application "$hit or get off the pot" letter from the EAO hopefully will force their hand forward and help with the SP.

If the waste could be moved to M&I, the project looks almost too good to be true.

If only we took on that work ourselves instead of wasting it on Arizona and Eaglehead - we could have a hugely valuable and saleable property.

Just think what could have been if Elmer didn't crumple under pressure and take the revised deal?

100% of the property and almost all the Liard shares, control of the Liard board, maybe raise 5 million to prove up the waste (our SP was dramatically higher and a much better economic environment)? With us only needing a few more holes to improve the project 10 fold it wouldn't have been that hard to fund.

Billions of lbs of copper at an extremely low cost per lb., and the entire project our to sell to whomever we want.

But now we have an open ended JV with no commitment and a lousy 25%.

I wonder what really went on in the back-room Liard and Teck meetings? How could Elmer agree to such a terrible deal when we held all the cards? Is it utter incompetence or something less savory?

To see all this promise and opportunity squandered absolutely kills me. Killed my investment portfolio too...
