I have a question about the basketball March Madness results of last week. On the news was a story where Carolina (i think that was the team) was ahead by 2 points with one second left and then the other team made a 3 point shot. Do you or anyone else know about this as I'm not sure if that 3 pointer was put up (left the shooter's hand) before or after the one second expired.
