Hello! Milk,

I agree with several other CVIA thread participants! You have done a stellar job tracking down several interesting and informative sites relating to Pat Charles!

Pat Charles has certainly demonstrated quite an impressive track record of success, in identifying business opportunities ( when on the surface it may have appeared that the businesses he was supporting or assisting appeared somewhat lifeless!) yet he has resurected quite a few by what I was able to find on the sites that you shared/provided!

I do not know whether he has or will have an affiliation with CVIA in the future! But! If he does! In my opinion it will be a much bettor scenario than CVIA was experiencing just a few short months ago!

Here is a personal thought that came to my mind today!

Keeping in mind that it is only an observation , and something to wet the appetite and think about!

Since October 29,1997 ( about two short months ago!) CVIA has traded apporoximately 86,000,000 shares!

Let's pretend that 1/2 those shares traded ( 43,000,000 shares!) accounted for day traders/trading, M.M's doing their thing!

That leaves another 43,000,000 ( about the size of the entire CVIA float!) unaccounted for!)

I wonder who wanted such large quantities of CVIA shares??????

Jack Arnold has indicated to me that the "Shareholder consent forms" that were faxed in represented approximately 5,500,000 shares!

So! If I'm anywhere in the ball park with my thinking/guesswork that leaves about 38,500,000 shares in the hands of?????????

I'm not even sure if any of this made any sense! I guess that I was just thinking out loud on the CVIA Thread! ( Just my own opinion!).

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
