Would you please lay off of Kugler and S. Martin. I am getting sick of your mentioning other stocks that have nothing to do with RMIL and their involvement. It contributes nothing to this thread. I think a more appropriate issue to focus efforts on is the $5 million dollars. Even more appropriate would be the filing of financials (so that there is the possiblity of remaining as an OTC stock and avoid pink-sheet status, as well as the short-squeeze). Either the company has received the $5 million dollars or it hasn't. If it has they should communicate it to us the shareholders via a Press Release. If it hasn't then they should state the merger is off in a Press Release. Kurt
