Paul & Dick,
I discovered that info on the tax lien in Texas a few weeks ago and called to check it out at that time. Ira Monas (CEO) said that it was a "disputed" tax assessment. As I understand, FAMH agrees to part of the assessment (about $12,000 or so) and the matter is being settled. The disputed amount related to "city, state, county, school, franchise" tax in the State of Texas.

Hope this helps.

Brad
