hi Bob, Is there ever a good time to raise rates........... so what if you dealer lot is empty and there is a massive building boom going on in many areas of the country and the world.... And property bubbles in London, Sweden, NY city, Houston, the Left coast and east coast. The Insurance companies and pension funds can not meet their rate or return objectives in a Zero interest rate world and a Negative interest rate world destroys the Finance models for cap EX expenditure. John
