Sorry for the delay Mike I've been engaging in conversations all day with people involving APCO AIRM ADMG. Fortunately for me some of the TA guys at least like APCO. as far as the other two go, I would pick them in a heart beat over GW. As witnesed by a couple of the more sucessful rigging stocks such as keg or glm it is not a favorable time for them right now. I am really concerned about new managemnets ability to handle and fund acquistions like they are currently doing.
$175 million in debt doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun either.

52 million shares in outsatnding float with a daily volume. The company is funding the increased companies operations on additional dilution of shares shares such as the folowing

1...On January 31, 1997, the Company acquired the operating assets of Flournoy for 12.4 million shares of the Company's common stock and $800,000 in cash.

2...On June 27, 1997, the Company acquired all of the outstanding capital stock of GWDC by merger in exchange for $61.6 million in cash and 14,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock.

3...On November 3, 1997, the Company closed an offering of 25.0 million shares of the Company's common stock (the "Offering"). The Company sold 12.5 million newly issued common shares and certain selling shareholders sold 12.5 million additional share at$8.00 per share.

I think there are much better ones out there.

Cary
