Whose management is more stupid: REGN or SNY? Both equally, but maybe SNY part has more weight on it. Few months ago I suggested settlement at @5-6% royalty, while protecting AMGN and REGN patents estate on Repatha/Praluent (against future biosimilar)??? It is not going to evolve that easily now. In EU, Who file first and whose patents are VALID?
