BRM BIOREM Responds to Statement of Claim GUELPH, ON, March 17, 2016 /CNW/ - BIOREM Inc. (TSXV: BRM.V - News) ("Biorem" or the "Company") announces that it has been named, among others, as a defendant in a lawsuit issued in the Province of Ontario. The statement of claim issued by the Regional Municipalities of Durham and York alleges, among other allegations, negligence and breach of contract by the defendants in connection with the odour control system located at the Duffin Creek Water Pollution Control Plant. An explosion occurred on January 21, 2014 at the Plant. The Company believes the allegations against it contained in the statement of claim are without merit and will vigorously defend itself.
