That buyback is interesting. Trilor, ADMG's largest shareholder sold the 2 mil shares at $1.75/share to ADMG. Look at the PE ratio in comparison to the industry. ADMG's 14 Industry 26
A little history on ADMG. Co. had production problems in '95 and did a restructuring in '96. The benefits of the cost cutting are becoming apparent now, and the company is expanding production and sales.
All of this will translate into an improved balance sheet.
The kickers are:
the contract with FOAMEX
possibility of a new product introduction - waterproof breathable fabric
potential new alliance in Mexico
