Re -- Any thoughts on buying an existing FAB in Korea or asia.

AMD does not have the need nor the money for another FAB. They first have to convert their FAB25 to .25u and run it at full capacity. At the current 1.5M K6's/Q I suspect even at .35u their fab25 is not at full capacity (unless their yields are really poor)
