When do you think Zen will tape out?

It's unclear. It may have already taped out or it may not have, AMD has made ambiguous statements. In December they said it would tapeout over the next few months. Recently, they said the design was complete but they didn't use the word "tapeout". A design can be complete in the sense that the rtl(software model) is frozen, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's taped out. There is a time lapse between a frozen model where the high level model is synthesized into a more gate level representation and timing analysis, transistor sizing, layout etc takes place before an actual tapeout. What we do know is that AMD has not said "Zen has taped out and we have working silicon". As would be expected, that has not stopped the Fanboys from proclaiming Zen to be a complete success and ready to destroy Intel. My reading of the tea leaves is that Zen is probably taped out with debug near or started. A test chip consisting of only the core may have preceded a full implementation. Either way commercial availability this year is unlikely. AMD's recent statements have referred to sampling this year when earlier statements had promised revenue this year.
