Fred, I've been puzzled by the apparent decision to assign line 3 to Hanil, as I assume the plant over there is still under construction. Seems to me that putting line 3 in the NI plant and sending line 4 to Hanil at the end of Q1 would make more sense.

Could it be that Valence needs to raise or generate some cash before they are able acquire another line?
