Hi John,

The other inversion I thought that would actually get done was Amat and Tokyo electron.

Any of these companies get a substantial tax rate break and pledge the difference to stock buy backs and you have an EPS money making machine in a new gear.

We need corporate tax reform and that should include a tax Holiday on repatriated funds.

That being said watch these idiot control freak want to legislate how corporations must spend the repatriated funds.

We need government to get their claws out of our business.

Businesses know where their hard fought retained earnings need to go - innovative next level thinking - not political back dated socialism.
