The chart looks solid, as do the financials, IMO. Valuation is also solid, based on the past couple of years. In other words, there's plenty of room for price appreciation.

With the understanding that a solid retrace in the overall markets will likely take down all boats, I'd hesitate to say that single digits are a thing of the past.

Not sure you'll get a chance to buy in the low 8s?
