Hi OX,

I went on a major bearish rant on the IBB's at a very propitious time.... the top last summer.==

The are not acting well and in fact the BIS the triple weight Biotech bear ETF that I was suggesting to Chip to gang up on in the event that the FED surprised us with a rally yesterday... well the BIS actually went up in price with the IBB going down initially after the Fed announcement yesterday.

I believe we shoud be staying away from the Biotechs and Pharma with this being an election year and Clinton talking very tough about drug companies making any money.

the Big Drug companies did really lousy from 1992 to 1994 when Hillary Clinton was talking about restructuring health care, after that initiative feel through when the Nov 1994 election was over and the Newt Gingrich revolution occurred Big Pharma went into a Multiyear epic bull market..

I just checked 25 year charts of 6 of the big drug companies to verify my recollection of that time period.

John
