Clinton, let me think about this proposal. Now that you are trying to take me up on buying 500 PE stocks I will have to check further into it. gg. Rambus vs. Yahoo. Yahoo is an internet stock and internet is going to skyrocket in the coming years. PEs don't really matter in this environment. Now I have to tell you that I am saying this while I am down to my last cpl. of drops of that "Baerenjaeger Liqueur". gg. I have had complaints that I am getting too sour, so I am sweetening up.

Here are the Asian markets. Not too bad and not too good. But not just right. gg.

You are pretty down on the market and nicely in cash. I do believe though that this Asian thing is overblown. I still think we can make some money in the market in 98 without shortening stocks. Private bankers are getting together to shore up the S.Korean situation. This new president is coming around to the thinking of IMF (Surprise, surprise) and foreign investment will be welcomed there. So maybe it will not be a total disaster after all and things will look up all over later in the year. Techs will get their place in the sun again too. Like I have said a hundred of times, we can do without a lot of luxuries but techs you need to get ahead. Besides, we have to buy something to make money. Capital preservation is great but will not multiply a lot without the proper investment (stocks). Go ahead, join us in losing some money. gg. What are you looking at besides shorting and "longing"?

I watched the end of the ballgame and the next. I won in one out of 2.
