bull, you silly bunt. That filing is five months old. Yes, Iomega sold an additional 5 million shares to raise cash. As of the end of the second quarter, they had 160 million dollars of that cash still in hand. They have made no other secondary offerings, and have even announced that they may buy back some 2 million shares of stock. They also had sales of (if I remember correctly) 283 millions dollars for the second quarter. I would say that means they do have a small side business going selling Zip, Jaz and Ditto drives, disks and tapes. If you're going to contribute, bull, do at least try to keep up. - Allen Murdock
