I don't disagree with you but good luck trying to reduce government benefits. Strangely enough, voters appear to be enamored with civil servants. They seem to want expanded government rather than less of it. Democrats advocate more government and Republicans talk about less government but grow it just as fast as Democrats. I guess it's good to be a Fed employee! <G>
