Then please admit that you are wrong. The fact is that apple can help FBI without endangering anyone. And the my opinion is that the court will order Apple to do so. Let's see. If you show me to be wrong, I'll admit it. However, you haven't. What you call a fact is just your opinion, and in my opinion it is wrong, on both counts. Here's why. If Apple complies with the FBI's request, they will have to create a back door OS, which will then become the object of many criminal court actions, eventually falling under public scrutiny. That endangers everyone using the iOS version for which it is written. Identity, banking information as well as personal private correspondence are then subject to being compromised.
The law is clear in forbidding this action by the FBI. Any judge, other than the Supreme Court, that rules with the FBI in this case is subject to having their ruling overturned. There is little chance of success by the FBI, except to get Congress to enact a provision in the law for them. Even that is unlikely, given the current climate in congressional government.
