Another question this brings up: What will Apple do if China orders Apple to create a backdoor?

Apple will have to comply or stop shipping to China. China may even do this on purpose in order to take over their domestic market with phones they can monitor, when they have the OS expertise. I don't think that's a fur piece down the line. A few years at most.
