I believe it was Todd who had mentioned that THQI had an excellent inventory management system. I believe that, and at the expense of selling a few less games than they possibly could, I have a hard time arguing with this loss-prevention technique to avoid stale inventory.

I recognize sales might be higher, but at the expense of possibly higher losses due to unused merchandise. Inventory managmement is a true headache, right up there with scheduling and routing.
