Yes, it can be found on the internet... if one looks for it. There are many many subjects that we can talk about on the Westell thread that aren't based on hearsay. I've claimed that 70% of the lines can support RADSL. The GTE trial had 85% RADSL/ADSL and MSFT had over 90% RADSL/ADSL. If I claim 70% of the lines can support RADSL, some of the area's in the GTE area MUST be below 70% to balance out those lines above 90% and 85%. If BA is marketing those area's where ~40% of the lines are having trouble, they will hit those other area's that support 80-90% eventually. Let's not forget the customers that are in Apartments and Condo's, which support the DSLAM in the basement idea... until later.
