There are many many subjects that we can talk about on the Westell thread that aren't based on hearsay. I've claimed that 70% of the lines can support RADSL. The GTE trial had 85% RADSL/ADSL and MSFT had over 90% RADSL/ADSL. If I claim 70% of the lines can support RADSL, some of the area's in the GTE area MUST be below 70% to balance out those lines above 90% and 85%. If BA is marketing those area's where ~40% of the lines are having trouble, they will hit those other area's that support 80-90% eventually. Let's not forget the customers that are in Apartments and Condo's, which support the DSLAM in the basement idea... until later.
