I don't disagree with you but at his point I have ben taught to say nothing nice about bios. Every time I do they do ok for a day then crash anew. So nothing nice. Instead I will say XBI and IBB are signalling a big move ahead with IBB having had a failed sell Friday. It is too hard to call direction but likely not up given charts. Xbi rejected by 50 day again late in day. IBB NO where near its 50 day. Jon
