Ed, Welcome to the NRAG thread and I hope you got satisfactory... answers to your questions...from MRBIGAIR, Jeff Jallo. He answered them with more detail than I could have...as he has a pipeline to George. You speak of corruption in Venezuela and I believe that is a given in just about any third world emerging ecomomy(almost a cost of doing business)...But with the law put in place in 1992 to allow Foreign investors to repatriate 100% of profits/capital I don't believe that this will be a large factor. With LYMCA being our JV partner they are a great asset and are a very influential company in Venezuela. I also see Venezuela as a stepping stone for future lottery projects in South America.
