Chief, you gotta have patience; Glorieux posted the following on Agoracom on Nov 28, 2015 "Does this come back to this public statement at the AGM from Aubrey to everyone in attendance: We are talking with the governments and we are talking about smaller amounts of money sooner and larger amounts of money later." This was the beginning of the new/current ZEN Business Plan; GO ON WELFARE ZEN shareholders have been looking forward to yesterday's budget for months (as evidenced by the numerous posts). So what if the "talks" AE referenced at the AGM were with the Federal Conservatives. So what if the Conservatives were no longer in power on the date of the above post. Glorieux seemed to believe that the Federal Liberals would make it a priority to fulfill an under the table deal that a Conservative MP may or may not have hinted at (IF the "talks" ever actually took place). But the clincher is in the language AE used: He said "larger amounts of money later". In Zennese "soon" is almost 2 years.(Remember the PEA?) Later could easily be decades. Like I said, you gotta have patience
