Yes, J&J appears to have a lot of problems on many legal fronts. Unfortunately, I don't think it will spur them into any settlement with DECN. I suspect this "litigation" and stalling will go on for a few more years and J&J will pay only when they have absolutely no other options. The longer they hold out the more money they make and that is why they are the winners. It looks like the traders/flippers hit the exits pretty quick this time. It was really too bad that DECN blew their wad on 3 PR's that said nothing, unless you consider another multi-year lawsuit good news. If they would only put out substantial news regarding revenues or contracts...that is the only news that will sustain an upward trend in the share price. Oh yeah, a settlement might help.
