Hi Chip, you are most welcome.. the more I looked at those products the more obtuse they became.....-g- it did seem that the WSJ 2013 article had a few contradictory aspects to the products. I also do not wish to see the FED using negative rates... right now it looks like 2 or 3 rate hikes may be on the table for this year. John
