GZ, Bearshark:

I guess this is >>OFF TOPIC<<, but I must make another comment on the channel situation. As you point out, DirecTV has both Bravo and the Idependent Film Channel. I have had Bravo on cable but not IFC. Every so often, I will record or watch a film on Bravo, and I note at the beginning of the film there is a disclaimer to the effect that the film has been edited, but that it can be seen unedited on the IFC. I have no idea what they edit out (?nudity ?profanity), but it always irritates me to realize that what I am watching has had some part cut out of it by some one who thinks that the ones who made the film didn't know best how to present it.

So I'm looking forward to using the IFC, whenever I can find some time. Best wishes for the new year,

Jack
