Global warming and sea-level rise are so bad, people are moving. Where are people moving? Further south.

And where are they leaving? The northeast.

Maybe it's sea-level rise they are escaping. So, I went to NOAA's website to look at raw sea-level measurements in The Battery, NY. There really hasn't been any change since 1990. Sea-level has actually decreased over the last 6 years. Who would've thunk that?

NOAA adjusts sea-level, too. They take 'raw' data, add subjective isostatic and eustatic adjustments, and show you the scary plots. Of course, sea-level has been rising for 28,000 years, since the end of the last ice age. That's a baseline. Papers claim the rise is 'accelerating', and that's why I show the plots since 1990. It looks flat with natural fluctuations, and the level is currently within the realm of natural variations over the past 26 years.
