Frank,

The latest issue of Maedel's Mini-Cap Analyst states IZP's TSE listing will occur in the 3rd quarter of 96 and the NASDAQ listing sometime in 97. Their guess is as good as ours. They originally suggested the Abbott deal would be finalized by early summer and here we are closing in on the deadline and no deal yet.
