Hoax crimes have become more and more common, especially on campus. Not just black, but also involving gays and transgender students. The lack of investigation of many matters or reporting of them by media in a prompt manner allows some to believe them and many universities cave to demands.

Actions as described by the hoaxers being committed against them should never be tolerated just as the conduct of the hoaxers is equally abhorrent.
