I think the modem and chip market for these type products will be in steady demand for some time to come. Reasons... 1. New boxes needed for converters which will include modem type chips. 2. The new TV with the internet will catch on and couch potatoes we have a lot of in this country will join the market share. 3. We all always want a faster modem and as far as I can tell the turnover rate is about every year. 4. New Technological advances will merge this type of communication into ever growing other areas of data transfer using modem chips and processors. 5. The location of this company will help it's costs, many other firms and internet suppliers are in this area and they are all doing quite well. With good news in this area on a modem type company you can expect a nice increase in shareholder value with increasing demand and new tech advances. As long as they keep inproving their bottom line this may keep going in the right direction.
