This the link to TJ Rogers last quarterly web cast.

seekingalpha.com

In March of 2015 Cypress Semi bought Spansion.

Spansion was poorly run and had very large inventories.

TJ and company are ahead of target on reducing overhead costs by 160 million a year.

They sold their true touch division that was being held up by cell phone competition and are now reducing inventory and running their 2 fabs at 50 % capacity.

This lower capacity will continue through the rest of 2016 with the utilization going up in the H2 - but still intentionally low.

The money from reducing their inventory levels is being applied to buying back stock as they feel it is very undervalued.

I think it is a good read for an undervalued stock.
