MOYC, NANX' major customer has an exclusive agreement w NANX to exclusively use NANX' patented "feedstock" for use as CMP slurry. NANX has recognized CMP slurry as a major growth vehicle for NANX. The CMP slurry market has been controlled by CBT (about 90% market share) who has unsucessfully attempted to obtain the use of NANX's feedstock. Mel
