IOMG had a secondary offerings at $ 35/ shr. They were buying back 2M shares at around $ 14 to $ 15. Now if they completed that buy back, it means that the shares are in Treasury and the float reduced by 2M Therefore the 25M shares short have even more impact in the recent upward move of the stock.

Now if IOMG sells that 2M from the Treasury at $ 10/sh profit, giving $ 20M additional income for Q3, that means about 15c/share extra earnings. Would not that be nice? But that is just a dream.
