Good morning Clinton, the techs look pretty good this morning. It looks like we are getting a yearend rally after all if the sellers don't come in later on. In Europe the stocks closed up substantially and in the after market Germany is up over 100 points. That's a nice rally considering their market is under 5000 and London looks great also.

BTW, I am ahead of you in Yahoo vs. Rambus. gg. Guess what? It was recommended this morning by the president of a brokerage firm on Stock Talk. He likes 500 PE stocks.

Now don't get too pessimistic for 98. But I do understand your thinking. We have been spoiled in the last cpl. of years with those great returns. (My returns were minimal for this year) We probably go back to more reasonable increases. But I still believe we will do better in stocks than anything else. What road we take has to be decided by each of us alone. It is a jungle out there right now and we could be booby trapped at any time from any direction. Short term trading could be more bothersome than buying a cpl. of good stocks cheap and holding. But I will also try some short term here and there.

I think this Asian thing will work itself out. There is already talk of US cos. taking over or merging with S.Korean firms. It looks like those markets will open up more. We will still be a safe haven and therefore should not go down the drain.
