Eman, I think we agree that what really counts now is FDA approval of Vitaros. I should give credit that you were much more optimistic than I was in getting US rights back. If Vitaros is approved, it will be up to Allergan (now Pfizer) to decide if it wants to market Vitaros. As a reminder of what the agreement says, from the 10K:

"Upon FDA approval of a new drug application for Vitaros® in the United States, Allergan has the right to exercise a one-time opt-in right to assume all future commercialization activities in the United States. If Allergan exercises its opt-in right, we are eligible to receive up to a total of $25.0 million in upfront and potential launch milestone payments, plus a high double-digit royalty on Allergan’s net sales of the product. If Allergan does not exercise its opt-in right, we may commercialize the product and in return will pay Allergan a high double-digit royalty on our net sales of the product."

Note that the Apricus deal with Allergan was made last September 2015, just before Allergan's acquisition by Pfizer two months later in November 2015. My guess is that Pfizer, as the maker of Viagra, will want to maintain control of Vitaros. We must pray that Pfizer gets serious about marketing Vitaros as I doubt there was a performance clause in the agreement that Allergan signed with Apricus to market Vitaros. The worst thing that could happen is if Pfizer just sits on Vitaros like Abbott did.
