USA citizens move to the UK all the time.... and they are welcome as anyone else. Typically the reason why the move is because it's much safer here... and we do have a comprehensive health and welfare system.

Just have a look at the murder rate for example... USA is ranked number 99, UK is ranked number 157 with one quarter the kill rate per million people.

Likewise Belgium and France are even safer then the UK to live in.

You are less safe in the USA then many other counties.

So one wonders what you are getting all hot under the collar about.
