Guys...it's all too little too late. The BFS bombshell was the time for litigation, not now. Del (rest his soul) was up for the fight but everyone else backed away after the slap suit was issued by one of Copper Fox's cronies. You do not have a leg to stand on anymore as the statute of limitations ran out a long time ago.. It may be one of the worst debacles of all time - but it is what it is. Copper Fox cannot continue now without an influx of cash and a share consolidation, it's inevitable and just a matter of time.
